For me, doing hair has never been just a job. It’s about connection, trust, and helping people feel good about themselves. ​I created Hairitage by Design from my belief  that every client deserves to feel heard, cared for, and confident when they leave my chair. I take the time to listen before I ever begin, because great hair starts with understanding the person sitting in front of me—not simply following a formula or a trend.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to experience many different aspects of the beauty industry, from working as an educator in my field to runway and  show work, and eventually owning a large, successful salon in Denver. With all of that experience behind me, I’ve chosen to make Montrose my home and bring my passion and expertise to this community. You might recognize me from Sally Beauty here in Montrose where I was store manager for three years.

Hairitage by Design is a reflection of my love for things with history and character. I believe beauty doesn’t have to mean becoming someone different. Sometimes, it’s about honoring what is already there and bringing out the very best version of it. ​ 

 

Many of my clients have been with me through different seasons of their lives, and I never take that loyalty for granted. When someone sits in my chair, I want them to know that I genuinely care—about their hair, about the work I do, and most importantly, about them.
